It’s time to take responsibility for what you have created in your life – emotionally, physically, financially, or wherever else you may have rocked the equilibrium. Your conscience is speaking loud and clear about what you need to do – and it may be as simple as tweaking your eating plan, changing up your furniture or going greener, in order to reach a happy medium (no pun intended!).
