So i have to wake up early after a late night to collect parcels from my half-baked post office that closes at 10am.  I throw on my trackie-dacks, loose jumper, zero-make-up, UV cream & big sunnies – holding a ‘talk to me, if you dare’ imaginary sign, and hit the road, with my Tenterfield Terrier, Apache, as i do. Wasn’t feeling like Pretty Betty anyway – bit of a low spell within … but still affirming how i am beautiful inside and out – as i do!

And, sure enough, Ms Universe organises a hot-looking dude walking towards me (as she does), uttering the words ‘you are such a beautiful woman!’ as we passed one another. Sometimes we need outside affirmation to back up what we already know, but that our demons, insecurities, past or current experiences don’t allow us to feel – we have to work at it! I know y’all know… Just sharin’…
