It’s time to take responsibility for what you have created in your life – emotionally, physically, financially, or wherever else you may have rocked the equilibrium. Your conscience is speaking loud and clear about what you need to do – and it may be as simple as tweaking your eating plan, changing up your furniture or going greener, in order to reach a happy medium (no pun intended!). There’s a little voice telling you to do the right thing, whatever zone of your life this relates to. You can’t hide, procrastinate or make lame excuses – you need to deal!
