KRIS’ ESSENTIAL RECIPE FOR MUST-HAVE FACIAL MOISTURISER!

The baseline for any Face Moisturising Creme is Sorbelene – add the Antioxidant ACEs and you have your essential beauty creme …

1 Jar Sorbelene Cream

mix with

6 drops of Pure Citrus Essential Oil (Lemon or Orange)

Oil of 1 Vitamin E capsule

2 Tablespoons of Vitamin A Cream (regular chemist tube)

*You may want to make 2 pots – 1 for day/1 for night – this way you can add SP30+ to your day creme – alternatively, put the SP30+ over your creme or choose a foundation that contains SP30+  … And for the night creme add 6 drops of Pure Essential Lavender Oil as it is a low tone (Pure Citrus Essential Oils are high tones and are good for waking up) and will help you relax and sleep… FYI our biggest aging factors are the sun, smoking, alcohol and stress … so save your skin, save your dollars, and start mixing…
